Barre de progression HTML PHP

J'ai un site Web avec un formulaire qui utilise PHP pour envoyer les données du formulaire. Existe-t-il un moyen de créer une barre de progression sur la page qui semble être en action, afin que les gens ne cliquent pas sur le bouton plus d'une fois après avoir cliqué et envoyé les informations PHP.
